Help users find, and use, the features you shipped
Users can’t adopt what they can’t find. Point people to new or underused features with suggestions on the right pages, for the right users, and let Skavelo show them how, step by step on the live page, the first time they try.

Only Skavelo sees the instruction
Walk them through turning on late fees for overdue invoices, step by step on screen.
Why good features go unused
Announcements get dismissed
A modal at launch is seen once, usually while the user is in the middle of something else.
Features hide in menus
The setting that would save someone an hour sits two clicks deep on a page they rarely open.
Trying it is the hard part
Knowing a feature exists isn’t the same as knowing how to set it up. That’s where people stop.
How Skavelo helps
Suggestions on the right pages
Short prompts above the widget, with rules for pages, plans, roles, countries and devices, such as late fees on the billing page for every plan but enterprise.
Shows how, the first time
Clicking a suggestion has Skavelo follow the instruction you wrote for it, such as walking the user through the feature on the live page, so trying it and learning it are the same step.
How walkthroughs workKnows new screens after each release
Skavelo re-learns your app on a schedule or after each deploy, so a feature you shipped this week is one it can explain.
How self-learning worksRoll out gradually
Show the widget to a share of visitors first. Each visitor gets the same result on every visit, so nobody sees it come and go.
Hear how people ask about it
The conversation log shows the words users use for your feature, and where its walkthrough loses them.
How insights work
What you can track
Read every conversation about the feature, filtered by plan or tag. The Monday summary counts walkthroughs finished and left early, and names the step most people stopped at.
To measure adoption itself, send the widget’s events, like a finished walkthrough, to the product analytics you already use.
Questions
- How is this different from an in-app announcement?
- A suggestion sits above the widget on the pages you choose. Clicking it has Skavelo follow your instruction, such as showing the user how to use the feature right there, rather than a message they close.
- Can we target a feature to certain users?
- Yes. Suggestion rules cover pages, signed in or out, plan, role, tags or any trait your app passes, countries and devices.
- How soon does Skavelo know about a new feature?
- After its next learning run. On Starter and above that’s weekly by default, daily if you choose, or after each deploy through the Skavelo API.
- Can Skavelo write the suggestions?
- Yes. Draft with AI writes suggestions from what Skavelo learned about your product. Review and edit them before relying on them.
