Why Skavelo exists
Every product team knows the pattern. A feature ships, users can’t find it, and the same questions arrive in the support inbox all week. The answer is in a help article, in another tab, written for last quarter’s screens. A product tour covers the first few steps, then breaks after the next release.
Meanwhile, the fastest way anyone learns anything hasn’t changed: someone who knows the way shows them, at the moment they need it.
Skavelo puts that someone inside your product. It learns your web app on its own, then answers your users’ questions and shows them the way on their own screen, so they finish the task instead of opening a ticket.
What we believe, and how the product holds to it
Show, don’t describe
An article in another tab tells someone where a button is. Skavelo points at it, on their own screen, and waits for their click.
The user stays in charge
When Skavelo fills in a form, it stops on the final button for the user to check. Actions run only after they approve them, with their own permissions.
“I don’t know” is a good answer
A confident wrong answer costs more than an honest gap. Skavelo says when it can’t find something, offers a person, and tells your team what it missed.
Nobody should maintain tours
Guidance that has to be rebuilt after every release falls behind. Skavelo learns your app itself and re-learns what changes.
Your data is yours
It never trains AI models. You can find, download or delete any user’s conversations yourself, and every plan includes our DPA.
Say only what’s true
Our site describes what Skavelo does today. You won’t find logos of customers we don’t have, or results we haven’t measured.
Where we are
Skavelo is new. That means you can try it on your own product for free before adding any code, and what early teams tell us shapes what we build next.
